Mark and Diane are coming to town to visit tomorrow, bringing their bikes, so hopefully the weather will cooperate for a nice ride. In anticipation of good exercise with the ride, and in reward for good solid exercise days every day so far this week including Sunday, I "slept in" til 5:45 and didn't get up to work out this morning. I want to be careful to give my body a day off occasionally.

Had a lot of fun getting together with past and present coworkers for dinner at El Mezcal last night. There were only five of us but we had fun.

Unfortunately, Michael's soccer team lost their first game of regionals last night. He was bummed, but having no school today will probably be good compensation.

Can't believe I found an unclaimed apple turnover left over at the end of the day and just scarfed it down. Bad girl!

Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/8 large cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, medium apple, slice Sara Lee 100% whole wheat w/honey toast, 1 tbl peanut butter
2:30 pm 90 calorie granola bar
3:30 pm Apple turnover
6:00 pm Egg roll, 2 crab rangoon, 1 breaded scallop, 2 gyoza, half a breaded crab claw, 3 walnut shrimp, 3 skewered teriyaki shrimp w/pineapple tidbits, 1 sesame shrimp ball, 2 mussels, 3 pc octopus, 1 pc crab, 1 sm pc fish, veggies, 1 sm pc cheesecake, lots of hibiscus tea
8:30 pm 1 Riesen caramel
