Getting a lot of rest yesterday evening was a good thing. I could use more today, but I'll survive. Made it through aerobics this morning so most of my step count is done for the day.
Food:
7:00 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, cherry juice from concentrate, 1/8 cantaloupe, slice whole wheat toast, 1 tbl pb, coffee
10:00 am 3 pc Indian corn
11:30 am 1/2 c rice noodles, 1/3 c mushroom chicken, 1/3 c hibachi chicken and shrimp, 1/3 c pork and potatoes, 2 crab rangoon, 1/2 c vanilla pudding, 1 chinese donut, 1 fortune cookie
4:00 pm Handi-Snacks Creamy Caramel pudding cup
6:30 pm 3 oz Arby's beef, bun, pumpkin bar, 5 oz skim milk
