7:00 am 1/2 c Trail Mix cereal w/raisins and almonds, 1/2 c light vanilla soy milk, cherry juice from concentrate, 157 g strawberries, coffee
12:15 pm Chocolate soy shake, medium sliced banana, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, slice toasted apple fritter bread, 1 tsp margarine
2:30 pm 1 serving Brach's Indian Corn
6:30 pm 1 c Zatarain's Caribbean Rice, 3 oz chicken, 1/2 c pineapple chunks, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, half a large frosted Reese's pieces cookie
