Avenue Q was wonderful! I'm proud of myself for getting up to exercise with only about 4 hrs sleep, not counting in the car.
Spark Recipes featured some Halloween party fare today including Sludgy Fudgy Brownies made with black beans. Hmm.... I'd have to taste those to believe that healthy food sometimes doesn't go a bit too far. The sweet potato and black bean soup sounds good enough to try though.

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/8 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 69 g Roma tomato, slice Sara Lee 100% whole wheat w/honey toast, 1 tbl peanut butter
2:30 pm 1 Riesen caramel
6:30 pm 3.25 oz burgundy pepper roast, 2/3 c Simply Potatoes w/onions, 1 c broccoli, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 4 oz white wine, 1/8 cranberry pudding pie
8:45 pm Shot Malibu rum w/diet Coke
