Week seems to be dragging a bit. Work is not quite so busy which is its own kind of stress as I don't like having to find things to do. Looking forward to visiting Madison this weekend.

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oatmeal Squares, 4 oz skim milk, 141 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
11:30 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 1/2 c cherry tomaotes, slice apple fritter toast, 1/3 tbl butter
5:15 pm Jello Sugar Free Mochaccino pudding cup
5:45 pm 2 pc cheese manicotti, 1/2 c Prego, 1 tbl Italian grated cheese, 1/2 c green beans, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
7:45 pm 1/8 apple crisp
