Long day! Started out a bit rushed so I haven't had time to enter anything til after 10 pm. Conference in Eau Claire meant such an early start (6 am) that morning exercise was out of the question. Got home at about 6:40 pm with enough time to quickly change clothes, cut a slice of Gouda, and hop in the car to head out for the Moon Walk Wisconsin. We were among the last to start the walk as we arrived after most had already left. We had planned to do the short 4-mile, but it was a nice night so we went the full 8 miles. We were among the last to finish, but it was nice walking back with less traffic.
Food:
5:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 1/8 large cantaloupe, 2 apple cider donut holes
9:00 am Coffee, apple cider muffin
12:00 pm Kaiser bun, 2 oz deli turkey, 1 oz slice swiss cheese, 4 small tomato slices, shredded lettuce, cup turkey vegetable soup, 10 oz 2% milk, large snack pack of nacho Doritos
2:30 pm 12 oz diet Coke, chocolate chocolate chip cookie
4:00 pm 12 oz diet Dr. Pepper, 90 calorie Quaker rice cake snack
5:00 pm 1 oz gouda, 1 oz licorice candy
6:45 pm 2 oz gouda
8:00 pm slice pumpkin cake
8:45 pm 1/4 c trail mix, 1/2 oz swiss cheese
9:30 pm 6 oz hot apple cider

7:00-9:30 pm Walk
