Went over my calorie limit quite a bit yesterday due to the half scone and cappucino on the ride home, but I was really a bit hungry. And I also got about 18000 steps in so I hopefully balanced it out.
Food:
7:30 am Half a brown sugar cinnamon scone (77g), strawberry/banana soy shake, 8 oz Simply grapefruit juice
12:00 pm 2 crepes, medium sliced banana, 1.5 tbl sour cream, 1 tbl brown sugar, cinnamon, coffee
5:00 pm Mocha chip muffin, 149 g strawberries, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1 c pumpkin pie yogurt
Exercise:
3:30-5:30 pm Walk with dad
