Well, I didn't want to have to get up and exercise on the weekends, but it was worth it to get the rest yesterday when my body really needed it, and it wasn't too odious to get up at 7:30 to exercise as opposed to 5:00 on work days.
Food:
8:45 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, 8 oz Simply Grapefruit juice
11:30 am 90 cal Quaker Cinnamon Streusel Mini-Delights
1:30 pm 3 pumpkin pancakes, 1 tbl butter, 2 tbl syrup, 12 oz OJ
5:30 pm White dragon roll sushi, 1 pc Boston roll, 1 pc cucumber roll, miso soup, tea
8:30 pm 1/2 brown sugar cinnamon scone, 12 oz pumpkin spice cappucino
