It was a little harder again to get moving early for exercise this morning, but a familiar DVD works to just get the body going without need to think. And I picked a higher step-value routine to reward myself by having a higher percentage of my daily quota out of the way so I'm not likely to have to make up additional at the end of the day.


Food:

7:00 am Vanilla soy shake, 1/4 cantaloupe, cherry juice from concentrate, apple fritter toast w/1 tsp soft margarine, coffee
12:00 pm 3 oz chicken breast, 2 strips bacon, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, tequila BBQ sauce, bun, 1 c fruit
3:00 pm 1 serving Brach's Indian Corn
5:00 pm 1 Lindt dark chocolate orange thin
5:45 pm 3.5 oz hot beef, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk, 1/8 apple crisp
7:15 pm 8 oz Jack's Pumpkin Spice Ale

6:25-7:05 pm Walk
