Wasn't sure I'd get up to exercise today after getting to bed later than usual after a long walk last night, but I slept well (with the help of a couple ibuprofen to calm the overused muscles), so getting up today was no harder than any other day. I like starting the week with several days over the 10000 level so I have room for a day or two of slothfulness late in the week if I need it. Yesterday was over 20000 steps - sometimes I wish I could bank a few for a lesser day. However, calories were way up yesterdy too, so hopefully there was a balance.
Food:
7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/8 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, large sliced banana, 2 oz light vanilla soy milk, large slice Speculaasbrokken
3:00 pm Handi-Snacks Sugar Free Creamy Caramel pudding cup
6:00 pm 3 oz pulled pork w/.1 cup bbq sauce, bun, 1 c canned asparagus, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk
6:45 pm Jello Sugar Free Mochaccino pudding cup
