So nice to spend some time with Christianah and Linda last night! I really do miss my good friend.

11:45 am Large salad w/bleu cheese crumbles, craisins, walnuts, low-fat raspberry viniagrette, apples
2:30 pm 1 Dove egg
3:30 pm Quaker chewy peanut butter/chocolate chunk granola bar w/protein
5:15 pm 1/2 serving Brach's indian corn
6:00 pm 3 oz roast beef, 2 tbl gravy, bun, apple, 12 oz light vanilla soy milk

5:00-6:00 am Pilates mat
3:30-3:50 pm Walk
