I'm cold and I'm afraid I may be coming down with another cold given the somewhat sore throat from drainage. Yuk! On the positive, I'm proud that I kept up the morning exercise thing all week. It's become no less odious than getting up early for work anyway, and it's nice to have a significant part, if not all, of my 10000 steps out of the way right at the start. This week it's good to get my five 10000 days in on the weekdays because Sunday got too busy to exercise and tomorrow we'll probably take Grandma leaf-viewing since it's supposed to be sunny and leaves are supposed to be in full swing up north. I have to be back by 3:45 to cantor though.

Will try to drown cold in tea.


Food:

7:00 am 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk, 156 g strawberries, cherry juice from concentrate, coffee
10:45 am Cup of Green Tea Chai flavor
12:00 pm Blackberry currant muffin, 72 g cherry tomatoes, vanilla soy shake, forest herb tea
1:30 pm 1 serving Brach's Indian Corn
4:30 pm 1 Reese's miniature
5:45 pm Musamon curry with beef, 1 c white rice, 3 c tea, 1" square of white cake w/cream, fortune cookie
7:15 pm Jello Sugar Free Double Chocolate pudding cup




Exercise:

5:00-5:55 am Step/weight DVD
5:45-6:20 pm Walk downtown
