I'm really looking forward to Avenue Q tonight. Hope it works out to rendezvous with you for dinner at the Great Dane too.

The morning had a disconcerting start when I went to clip on my pedometer and the clip snapped. I'm currently wearing it held on by a clothespin until I can replace it. I've really gotten used to the motivation of making my 10000+ steps a day and I often have no idea how many steps I get during the work day, or even on a walk without checking the counter. Guess I'm addicted to information. And I ran out of cherry juice concentrate til the next shipment comes. Change, oh my!

Avenue Q was great! Hope you love it as much as we did!


Food:

7:00 am 3/4 c Maple & Brown Sugar Chex, 1/2 c skim milk, 1/2 serving cherry juice from concentrate, 1/8 wedge large cantaloupe, coffee
12:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, slice 100% whole wheat toast, 1 tbl peanut butter, 61 g fresh roma tomato
12:45 pm 1 Reese's egg, 1 Riesen caramel
5:30 pm 3/4 grilled veggie burrito, chips & salsa, 1/8 c refritos w/cheese, 1/3 c shredded lettuce
6:30 pm Large oatmeal chocolate chip cookie
