Happy Friday the 13th! I started on the wrong foot by not realizing I was out of cantaloupe - I'm in withdrawal! I'll have to try to stop at Aldi's today so I can also replenish the strawberries. Let me know if you need anything else to go with the roast chicken tonight. Dad can pick up sweet corn.

Rushed lunch today with grocery shopping and chauffeur duties. Maybe kept me from eating more than I should in anticipation of yummy roast chicken for supper. Sorry, went into kitchen to put dishes away to come pick you up and a piece of cherry crisp called my name.

Had some truly awesome roasted chicken for dinner tonight with roasted potatoes and beets, grilled sweet corn, and Chardonnay/Viognier.

Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 106 g strawberries, 88 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am 2 small scrambled eggs, slice Arnold's 100% whole wheat toast, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1 tsp Rose's Lime Marmalade, 1/8 cherry crisp
2:30 pm 1 square Ecuadorian dark chocolate, 1 pkg ramune candy
4:30 pm 1.5 oz red wine
7:00 pm 3.3 oz roast chicken breast, .7 oz dark meat, 1/2 c roasted potatoes, 1/2 c roasted beets, 1 med ear grilled corn, 7 oz white wine, 1/2 c vanilla ice cream, 1/2 c cherries, 1/2 c hot fudge sauce
