Well, Kitty and crew should be here about 6 pm today. Bob talked to her last night; they were in Appleton and planning to stop off at Sunset Lake with the kids on their way here.
Sore today from yesterday's new workout. Could feel left shoulder and right hamstring particularly. Did the plain aerobics Fat Burner today, and may not get a morning workout in tomorrow if anyone opts to sleep in the basement on the futon. A rest day might not be so bad.
Got home late for lunch, but still able to take an hour which is good 'cause I needed to make quinoa salad. I had cooked the quinoa last night but was too tired to do anything else so I assembled it today. I'm hoping to pop a fresh loaf of Tastefully Simple beer bread in the oven right after work as an appetizer with summer sausage. Wish you could join us with the Misras but I'm looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night. There should be plenty of quinoa salad left.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 2 wedges mega cantaloupe, 109 g strawberries, 68 g blueberries, coffee
1:00 pm Blueberry soy shake, Kwik Trip chocolate dunker donut, 88 g grapes
