It was hard to get up and exercise this morning. My body just didn't wanna. One possibility is that I didn't eat enough yesterday. I got a little woozy part way up on our walk on Rib and had to stop for some water. I had drunk two liters in the earlier day as well as a green tea shortly before leaving, but I guess I was sweating enough in the humidity to need more. I also had a small lunch (half a sandwich while driving). I didn't get the full calorie count recommended for the day yesterday, though I was within the former recommended range before updating my exercise amounts. I made it through Pilates through the side series though I watched the clock all the way.
You'd be proud of me - I actually read the ingredients on my almond butter label. And better yet, the only ingredient is roasted almonds.
Ooooh, I feel like Friday is Christmas! I just found out I get a brand new Windows 7 computer for my office on Friday! I think I may have lucked out because my computer was very slow when I was trying to give the business manager a requested update on my cases for a specific program and I was whining about losing productivity time by having to wait such a long time for the computer to move from one screen to the next.
We had Michael join us for supper tonight - very nice!

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 113 g raspberries, 2 wedges mega-cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tbl almond butter, Zestar apple
3:15 pm 1 pkg cranberry almond thins, 1 square Ecuadorian chocolate
5:30 pm 1 c kettle corn
6:30 pm 3.5 oz cherry-marinated pork loin, small ear corn, salad, 12 oz light original soy milk
8:00 pm 1/2 c Edy's Slow Churned Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
