Feeling a bit more energetic today. Had no problem getting through the Complete Workout which goes 70 min and includes weights and more vigorous aerobics. Still frustrated that the scale is over 130 more often than under. I'm so afraid of letting weight creep back on. I'd rather avoid going through that cycle again. Last time a big factor was allowing myself to scale back on exercise, and I really have not done that at all this time so it's particularly frustrating to see the scale go up.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 106 g strawberries, 77 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 80 g cranberry orange scone, 1/2 c cucumber slices
3:30 pm 100 cal pack Sun Chips, 1 pkg ramune candy
