Raining already this morning - oh, well. I'm driving to Greenwood this morning so I guess rain isn't really a problem. I have the pager one more night tonight so we couldn't hike anyway. After the hectic weekend, it will be nice to have a quieter evening at home.
Drive to/from Greenwood went fine and I found a reasonably healthy road food lunch at the Curtiss gas station. Time saved eating while driving can come off my Friday afternoon work hours.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 139 g blueberries, coffee
11:30 am Kaiser roll, 3.5 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 oz slice Swiss cheese, 2"x2.5" square cheesecake w/rhubarb sauce topping (Heather's homemade treat to coworkers), water
1:00 pm Kirkland green tea w/citrus
3:30 pm Quaker Cocoa Mint granola bar
5:45 pm 3/4 c whole wheat Fit N Trim spaghetti, 3 oz chicken breast, 1 c mixed veggies (zucchini, onion, peppers, tomatoes, celery, chard), 1 tbl grated parmesan, 12 oz light original soy milk
