Did you get the Spark recipe for quinoa with spinach and feta - it sounds really good. Let me know if you try it.
Will ride my bike to MSTC today and hopefully tomorrow for a conference. Eating conference lunches three days this week. Today and tomorrow I expect to be rather low-budget, probably a box lunch sandwich. Friday is at a nice resort in Sturgeon Bay so it may be a bit more posh.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g raspberries, coffee
9:)0 am 1/2 c fruit salad, small cherry turnover
12:00 pm Kaiser bun, 3 oz roast beef, 1 oz cheddar cheese, tomato slice, lettuce, 1/4 c potato chips, 1/4 c marinated veggies, pickle spear, brownie
3:00 pm Chocolate chip cookie
6:00 pm Salmon burger, large slice tomato, small leaf lettuce, Arnold's 100% whole wheat sandwich thin, 3/4 c green beans, small ear corn, 12 oz light original soy milk
