Another pleasantly cool but sunny day. Will be a nice evening to hike, hopefully with less mosquitos. At least I can tolerate long pants to help protect my legs, and maybe a long sleeve hiking shirt too.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 118 g strawberries, 72 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, blueberry scone, 81 g cucumber slices
12:30pm 14 g Trader Joe's multigrain tortilla chips
3:00 pm 1 pkg ramune candy, 2 Necco Canadian mints
3:45 pm 2 c popcorn
7:00 pm Kaiser roll, 8 oz ahi tuna burger, 3 small fried Gulf shrimp, Remoulade sauce, lettuce/tomato, 1 c applesauce, 8 oz Scotch ale
8:15 pm Small Culver's hot fudge raspberry sundae
