Glad to have gotten back on the hiking trail yesterday. I was a little concerned that we might have a difficult time with the heat and humidity, but actually the mosquitos were the worst of it and kept our minds away from any temperature issues. Bug dope helps, but it does sweat off.
Long drive today for work. Will probably need to move again when I get home.
Late opportunity for lunch meant not being particularly hungry for supper.

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 142 g blueberries, 1/4 med cantaloupe, coffee
1:00 pm 4.5 oz meatloaf, 1/2 c mashed potatoes, 1/2 c beef gravy, 1/4 c frozen corn, 1/2 slice homemade bread
4:00 pm 1 packet ramune candy, 1 square Ecuadorian chocolate
6:15 pm Multi-grain Low In Carbs tortilla, 1.5 oz chicken breast, .75 c veggies, 1 tbl shredded mozzarella, .75 c Edy's Slow Churned Light Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
7:30 pm 1 c Quaker Oat Squares, 1/2 c skim milk
