Looks like another lovely day today, so we will try to do a really good hike at Rib. I go back on call tomorrow so this will be the only Rib hike this week. Wed night I hope we can walk around town, and Kitty and crew come on Thursday.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 98 g raspberries, coffee
11:15 am Blueberry fruit strip
11:30 am 1 slice whole wheat bread, 2.5 oz roast beef lunchmeat, 1 slice processed Swiss cheese, lettuce leaf
4:00 pm 2 c kettle corn, Kirkland diet green tea w/citrus
4:30 pm Pkg cranberry almond thins
6:30 pm Apricot fruit strip
8:30 pm Brown Cow 0% plain Greek yogurt, slice Trader Joe's multigrain fiber toast, 1 tbl almond butter, 1/4 med cantaloupe



Exercise:

5:10-6:05 am Kathy Smith Weights 1 DVD
5:30-7:30 pm Hiking Rib Mt plus tower
