Weather is nice and cool this morning with promise of sunny skies and temps in the 70s all week. It was nice for sleeping - didn't want to pry myself out of bed this morning. However I did, and I did a new workout DVD that really hit all parts of the body. I am aware of many muscles right now that are normally anonymous. It was a dollar store find, and a well-put-together video using some fairly unique positions to work muscles in different ways. You use hand weights and ankle weights in the first half for added punch.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 2 wedges mega cantaloupe, 107 g strawberries, 72 g blueberries, coffee
11:45 am Black bean burger, bun, lettuce, slice tomato, 1 tbl ketchup, 1 c fruit salad
4:30 pm 1/2 c Quaker Oat Squares (dry)
6:00 pm 1 c spaghetti, 1/2 c marinara sauce, 6 sauteed shrimp, 6 spears asparagus, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, brandy old fashioned sweet, slice Italian bread w/dipping oil
7:30 pm Culver's hot fudge raspberry sundae
