Apparently I'm a day behind you in the SparkPeople recipe queue as I just got the Pumpkin Bean Dip recipe today. It really does look good. It would probably be very nice with those Trader Joe's multigrain tortilla chips.

Nice to have a new haircut.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 med cantaloupe, 128 g strawberries, 62 g blueberries, coffee
12:00 pm Chocolate soy shake, 99 g cucumber slices, med peach, half cinnamon scone
5:30 pm 4.1 oz extra lean ground beef, Arnold's multigrain sandwich thin, 1 tbl ketchup, 2 slices fresh tomato, 1/2 c fresh broccoli, 12 oz skim milk
8:45 pm 1/2 c Edy's Slow Churned Light Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream

5:05-6:00 am Buns/Abs of Steel 2000 video
5:45-6:00 pm Walk to haircut
8:30-8:50 pm Walk home
