Thurs 19 Aug

The week is flying by. I have just over a half day in the office, then I drive to Sturgeon Bay this afternoon for an all-day conference tomorrow. Hoping I find no crises waiting from the last two days out of the office at training.

Still feeling frustrated that my scale remains around the 130 mark. I guess I know that I have to make a radical change back to smaller, regulated portions and staying at the bottom of the calorie range for awhile if I really expect to see a difference. I don't mind the weight I'm currently at, but in the past when I settled for a 5-pound increase, it then became a 10-pound increase and rapidly upward. I don't want to risk it. Breakfast can remain pretty much the same, but the rest of the day has to be stricter.


Food:

7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g strawberries, 73 g blueberries, coffee
12:30 pm Chocolate soy shake, 80 g cranberry orange scone, 153 g strawberries
6:00 pm 1 c spaghetti, bolognese sauce, 2 tbl fresh grated parmesan, field greens salad w/cherry tomatoes, peas, cucumbers, 1 tbl honey mustard dressing
7:30 pm Piece mint cheesecake w/chocolate topping

5:05-6:00 am Step DVD
5:00-5:45 pm Walk around Sturgeon Bay downtown
