It was hard to finish Pilates mat this morning. I really struggled through the push-ups, but I made it! Sometimes it's too easy to just stop early, though sometimes I need to listen to my body, too.
Today I get to really start working with my new computer. Should be interesting to learn the new Windows 7.
Brown Cow vanilla Greek yogurt has 12 g sugar per serving - not awful.
Food:
7:15 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/vanilla soy shake, oatmeal/spelt scone, Brown Cow 0% vanilla Greek yogurt, 100 g blueberries
2:45 pm Quaker Cocoa Mint Chewy granola bar
3:45 pm 1 square Ecuador dark chocolate
6:00 pm Chicken mushroom wild rice sausage, Milwaukee brat bun, 1 tbl ketchup, serving quinoa salad, 1/2 med cob corn, 1 c sauteed zucchini, 12 oz skim milk
