Wed 18 Aug

Steve just shared that a friend of his from college and his wife had a baby daughter and named her ...... Esme! He said he didn't have the heart to tell him. A giggle to start the day.

I'm still dragging even after a good night's sleep, but sitting in conferences is considerably more tiring than a busy work week. Kathy Hartman will be a speaker this morning as the conference is sponsored by NAMI. She will speak on the experience of family members in dealing with mental illness.
