November is almost done, with the rest of the year almost over, too. Wonder what kind of winter it will be. Breakfasting at the restaurant with my client this morning. Was feeling stressed this morning so decided to stay in my bed for the hour I would have exercised. Probably not a great decision, but worked at the time. Food: 6:45 am 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 8:15 am Mushroom/swiss omelet, 2 pc homemade wheat toast w/butter & orange marmalade, coffee 11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, Royal Riviera pear 4:00 pm Chocolate calcium chew 6:45 pm Margarita, chips & salsa, 1/2 carnitas quesadilla, 1/2 of 3 fish enchiladas (not deep-fried) Exercise: 4:10-5:00 pm The Firm Bootcamp DVD
