Had a restful evening finishing a book last night and a full eight hours' sleep so feeling pretty good today. Michael's truck had the brakes lock up on him around Menasha yesterday. He handled it well and got off the road before they seized up completely. Dad drove down to pick him up and he will have a friend give him a ride back to the repair shop to pick up the truck today. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 99 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Blueberry soy shake, 2 two-bite pumpkin scones, med pear 12:30 pm Lebkuchen cookie 3:15 pm Small square filled lebkuchen 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 6:00 pm 1 c whole wheat spaghetti, 3 oz extra lean ground beef, 1/4 c onion, 1/2 c green pepper, 1/2 c chopped fresh mushrooms, 1/2 c Grandessa caramelized onion/garlic spaghetti sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 4 oz cup raspberry applesauce, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:45 am Burn It Up DVD 6:30-6:55 pm Wii Zumba
