Sleepy this morning. Did get 7 1/2 hrs so no good excuse. Too bad every weekend isn't four days long.
Food:
6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Strawberry/banana soy shake, 2 two-bite pumpkin scones, orange, lebkuchen cookie
2:30 pm Baby Ruth mini
5:15 pm 3.9 oz venison backstrap, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 c sweet corn kernels, 12 oz skim milk, almond tart
