Thanksgiving brunch at work today. Our section is in charge, so most of this morning will be dedicated to helping set up, serve, and clean up. At least it will be more active than usual. Going to try not to eat a huge amount.
Brought home some brunch leftovers to reheat for supper. Cold feels worse so I don't feel like cooking.
Food:
6:45 am Slice cinnamon raisin brioche toast, 1 tsp soft margarine, 1/4 cantaloupe, 92 g raspberries, coffee
9:45 am 2.5 oz ham, 1/2 c scrambled eggs w/veggies, 1/8 c cheesy potatoes,1/4 c cranberry/apple fruit salad, 1/4 c peaches & strawberries, 1/4 c veggie casserole, 1"x2" chocolate peanut butter bar, 2"x2" pumpkin bread pudding w/cool whip
1:15 pm 1.5"x1.5" pumpkin streusel cake
3:30 pm Small wedge chocolate cheesecake
6:15 pm 2.4 oz ham. 1/4 c mashed sweet potatoes, 1/4 c veggie casserole, 12 oz skim milk, slice Panera chocolate babka
