Nice to get back to my basic usual breakfast. You can easily get tired of restaurant breakfasts, even when they are delicious. Plain food is nice as a basis. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Trader Joe's 8 oz pumpkin Greek yogurt, 2 slices cinnamon struan toast, 2 tsp soft margarine, large pear 12:30 pm Pumpkin chocolate truffle 4:45 pm Chocolate calcium chew 6:00 pm Grilled chicken thigh, 1/2 c butternut squash, 1/2 c purple fingerling potatoes, 1/4 tbl butter, 12 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:45-5:40 am Buns/Abs of Steel 2000 video
