Sun 11 Nov

In checking out the website for Napa Valley Grille where we plan to eat on Thurs night in the Mall of America, I found that if I joined their online community, they would send me a coupon for a free wine flight. I thought that was a worthwhile investment, and I did get the promised coupon in my email this morning. Free wine is always nice. I am frustrated that the ballet exercise routine is only good for about 400 steps and very low calorie burn. I still feel the strength and flexibility is worthwhile so I don't want to switch Sundays to something more energetic, but then I feel obligated (though I don't always follow through) to try and do something else in the afternoon.
