Full, busy work week ahead. Luckily I have much more energy, dating back to the long afternoon nap yesterday. I woke from that nap feeling more refreshed than in a long time, and the feeling has remained. I'll take it. Stopped home on afternoon break because I'm hungry. Skipped the protein shake at lunch and am noticing the absence. Food: 6:55 am 1/2 chocolate chip brioche, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee 9:00 am Milky Way Midnight mini 12:45 pm Slice cranberry oat bread, 1/4 c tuna salad (made w/nonfat Greek yogurt), 4 cherry tomatoes, peach 3:05 pm Caramel macchiato Greek blend yogurt Exercise: 4:50-6:00 am Jane Fonda Complete Workout video
