And already July enters double digits. Mercy, the summer flies!
Didn't feel too great yesterday - tired, headaches, overslept my lunch nap and was 45 min late for staffing. Woke up at around 2 am with the headache recurring; took a little bit for the ibuprofen to work. Got up to exercise but didn't feel right so went back and tried again to get up at 6:15. Felt okay now so showered and will go to work. Will have to make up my exercise later in the day, but the day is lovely so we hope to hike tonight which will be enough. We'd both like to play hooky and go hiking right now, but sadly we know we'd get in trouble so we will just wait.
Feeling much better by noon today. Did my fitness challenge of 15 min of leg exercises in my office this morning (with the door closed). Set timer on my phone and had at.
Got my monthly annuity check today - without having to beg for it!
Food:
7:00 am Amish cinnamon roll, 102 g raspberries, 100 g blueberries, coffee
12:30 pm Blueberry soy shake, 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/chives, 16 reduced fat wheat thins, plum
7:45 pm Blackened salmon filet, 2 tbl fresh tomato salsa, 1.5 c steamed green beans, 1/3 c Israeli cous cous w/veggies, 20 oz ginger shandy, 1/4 c fried onion straws

9:30-9:45 am Leg exercises: squats, lunges, lifts
5:25-7:35 pm Hiking Rib Mt
