Feels a little different for a Sunday. My wellness task was 30 min of total body workout, so I opted not to do the usual ballet routine but to do a 60-min The Firm Total Body Conditioning workout. It was good to do the weights and all as I didn't do them all weekend. Recently read somewhere that a wedge of the light spreadable cheese makes a nice addition to scrambled eggs and was anxious to try it. Scrambled up some eggs for our after-church brunch w/fresh herbs, fresh tomato and green pepper as well. Yum! Topped off with a piece of yesterday's rhubarb cake, can't get a much better lunch.
