Half of 2014 is history; on to the second half. I generally prefer the second half of the year as it starts with summer, ends with Christmas, and has all of the beautiful fall and none of that nasty "will winter never end!" time.
My wellness challenge today is 5 servings of fruits/veggies. Cantaloupe and raspberries for breakfast is two. I'm going to count the refried beans as a serving of veggies at lunch even though it's kind of starchy. Snap peas for a snack so I just need one more at dinner.
Still hungry before Pilates, so will opt for an apricot for another fruit.
Food:
6:50 am Morning bun, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 101 g raspberries, coffee
12:00 pm Chips/salsa, tamale, 1/3 c refried beans, 1/4 c Mexican rice
3:30 pm 2/3 graham cracker, 1 marshmallow
4:45 pm 6 snap peas
5:25 pm Apricot
8:15 pm 114 g spinach cheese ravioli, 1/2 c arrabiata sauce, 1 tbl shredded parmesan, 1.5 c sliced canned beets, 8 oz skim milk
Exercise:
4:50-5:50 am Dance for Weight Loss DVD
5:30-5:50 pm Walk to Pilates
6:00-7:15 pm Joan's Pilates class
7:15-5:35 pm Walk home
