The mornings are gradually getting darker and darker when I get up to exercise. Doesn't do wonders for morning motivation. Felt good, though, to do the dance exercise this morning. That particular video is quite energetic and upbeat.
Food:
6:55 am 1/2 chocolate chip brioche, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 103 g raspberries, coffee
10:15 am Milky Way Midnight mini
12:15 pm Vanilla soy shake, 2 thin slices (70 g) cranberry oat bread w/butter, peach, Citrus Blend Greek blend yogurt
1:00 pm 4 pc dark chocolate covered super fruit
5:45 pm 3 oz grilled pork chop, 1/2 c grill potatoes/mushrooms/onions, 2/3 c kohlrabi/carrots in honey butter, 8 oz skim milk
