Really wanted to sleep in this morning and decided that a Sunday was a better day to do so. I was going to have to get up at 5:30 because Mass is earlier than usual and at St Stan's, and just didn't feel like rolling out even though I had gotten 8 hours. Let myself go back til 7:00 and feeling much better for it. I should have time during the day today to make up the exercise so it should be a wash.
Got a lot of pre-packing stuff done today. We organized our toiletries/quart bags, scanned important documents and put originals in money belt, packed many things in my backpack and have most of the clothes laid out on the bed. Feeling much readier!
Wow, just took a longer-than-usual nap. What's with this sleepiness, anyway?
Food:
7:55 am Almond croissant, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee
11:30 am Pulled pork sandwich on bun, pickle spear
2:45 pm 1 Riesen caramel
4:30pm 4 pc dark chocolate covered super fruit
6:30 pm 2 slices Mamma Cozzi's Tuscan Chicken flatbread pizza, 101 g blueberries, 8 oz skim milk
Exercise:
9:15-9:30 am Walk to St Stan's
12:15-12:30 pm Walk home
5:50-6:20 pm Jessica Smith Sunset Barefoot Walk YouTube
