My usual Friday breakfast client rescheduled to today. We'll see if she shows up. I will prepare by just having fruit and coffee at home with a fall-back Kind bar at the office if needed. I'm not holding my breath that she'll remember. I suspect she's started drinking in full again. (Follow-up note: she was there.)
A to0-many-treats day. Retirement cake at morning break, s'mores at afternoon break. Oh, my!
Food:
6:45 am 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee
8:15 am 2 eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1 slice French toast w/butter & 1 tbl syrup, coffee
10:10 am Slice chocolate cake w/chocolate icing (retirement celebration)
12:05 pm Vanilla soy shake, chocolate raspberry croissant (from Batch), plum
2:15 pm S'more (one graham cracker, 1 marshmallow, 2 squares Hershey bar)
5:45 pm 3 oz buttermilk marinated grilled chicken breast, 1.9 oz roasted sweet potato wedges, med ear grilled corn
