Didn't make it to the grocery store this weekend for breakfast fruit. I thawed some of the Bayfield blueberries so I would have something. Quite low on energy today so an apple seemed too much work.
Dry rub spare ribs w/apple in the crock pot for tonight's supper. Looks good.
Gave in to being tired at about 1:30 pm and came home from work. Laid on the couch and watched 1 1/2 Harry Potter movies, though I napped through part of Chamber of Secrets. Went to Aldi's with Dad when he got home from work for a few needed items, then made mashed potatoes and enjoyed the ribs. Off to bed soon.
Food:
6:55 am Chocolate croissant, 1/2 c blueberries, coffee
12:05 pm Vanilla soy shake, slice apple cinnamon bread, 1/4 tbl butter, pumpkin pie yogurt, med banana
12:45 pm 5 pc Indian corn
1:30 pm Wellness tea
3:30 pm 1/4 serving Quaker Oat Squares
7:30 pm 3 oz dry rub spare ribs, 3/4 c broccoli, 1/2 c mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, 8 oz skim milk
