Good thing I went to bed when I did last night; it sounds like the remainder of the Packer game would not have been pleasant to watch. Sleep was a better choice.
The chili was good. We picked bowls this year at Empty Bowls that looked somewhat professionally made; they were deep and small and the perfect size for 2 ladles of chili. I also made a Hungry Girl recipe for 2-ingredient brownie-like muffins made from a devil's food cake mix and a can of pumpkin, nothing else. The batter is very thick and the muffins are kind of lumpy-looking, but they are chocolately delicious. You can fool yourself to think they're not too bad for you since you're getting 1/12 of a can of pumpkin in each one, but there are apparently 20 g of sugar from the cake mix. Oh, well.

6:55 am 1/2 bear claw pastry, 1/2 grapefruit, 101 g blackberries, coffee
11:45 am Chocolate soy shake, slice cranberry oat bread, 58 g oven roasted chicken breast, 101 g raspberries
12:30 pm Chocolate pumpkin muffin
