Scale back up a tad this morning, but I had a chicken sandwich at Hilltop for birthday lunch and sushi for dinner, so the excess salt is showing itself in tightness of my rings. Hopefully a brief setback and still heading in the right direction. I did try to choose simple, healthy choices with minimal extras. Not one of my more pleasant days at work. Extremely busy intake morning, found out a conference I had expected to attend at the end of the month is already filled so I can't go, and another conference next Thursday for which I was already approved, I was asked to give up my place for a new employee in the kids' section because everyone else in their section is attending and there was no more room left for her. Food: 6:45 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, 100 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Bowl chili, 1/4 c shredded cheddar, 1 tbl sour cream, chocolate chip cookie bar 3:00 pm Chocolate chip nut bar leftover from Grand Marais 6:15 pm Macaroni and cheese, 1/4 c acorn squash, 8 oz skim milk Exercise: 4:50-5:30 am Jessica Smith Abs Walk Workout YouTube 5:30-5:45 am Jessica Smith Power Walk Quickie YouTube 5:35-6:05 pm Walk with Dad
