Did a new exercise video this morning with Erin O'Brien. Doesn't count for many steps, but an excellent strength workout with pliometrics. I will feel this one. It is 45 min, so I had a little time to do some walking on my own to up the step count slightly, and hopefully we will take advantage of beautiful weather to hike tonight. Food: 6:55 am Morning bun, 1/2 grapefruit, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1 slice Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, bun, 1 c fruit salad 3:30 pm Fiber One gingerbread bar 5:15 pm 3 pc dark chocolate super fruits 6:35 pm Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale 12 oz, 1 c smoked brown sugar trout, pumpkin squash ravioli frozen entree Exercise: 4:50-5:35 am Erin O'Brien Fit and Ageless DVD 5:35-5:50 am Walking exercise 5:30-6:20 pm Walk with Dad at Schmeeckle
