Good hike at Rib last night, beautiful colors, but it started getting dark on the way down. The season is almost past for the after-work hikes there. Food: 6:50 am 3/4 c Heritage flakes, 1/2 c light original soy milk, apple cider donut, 94 g blackberries, coffee 11:45 am Vanilla soy shake, apple cinnamon scone, 1/2 caramel apple w/pecans 12:30 pm 2 pc dark chocolate super fruits 3:30 pm 1/2 c cinnamon pretzels Exercise: 4:50-5:50 am DWTS DVD
