Having oatmeal this morning with blueberries from Bayfield bought directly from the grower at his orchard. They are most delicious. Food: 6:55 am Steel cut oatmeal w/flaxseed meal, protein powder, 1/2 c blueberries, soy milk, 1/4 cantaloupe, 101 g blackberries, coffee 12:30 pm Vanilla soy shake, Fit & Active pumpkin pie yogurt, slice apple cinnamon swirl bread, 1/4 tbl butter 3:00 pm 2 miniature candy bars 4:45 pm 1 butter mint 6:45 pm Grilled chicken leg, 1/2 c grilled fingerling potatoes, 2/3 c broccoli, 8 oz skim milk, Jello sugar-free dark chocolate pudding cup Exercise: 4:55-5:25 am Jessica Smith Latin Dance Walk YouTube 5:25-5:50 am Jessica Smith Dance Walk YouTube 3:20-3:30 pm Walk outside work
