Sleepy this morning. Alarm went off in the middle of a deeper stage so it's harder to come awake. Still don't think I'm quite there. Did a more step-intensive routine this morning since it's predicted to be rainy and therefore hard to walk outside tonight. Will try to move around more at the office so I can get 10,000 early enough to earn a rest this evening. Have time tonight to make my quiche with smoked trout and caramelized onions. Found a recipe to make the Aperol spritz as a treat while waiting.
