End of the first real month of summer already (or almost). Damn, it flies by fast! Two more long-time co-workers are heading into retirement. I am now the penultimate longest employee at Gilfry. Yikes!
Today's wellness challenge is 15 min of arm exercises, e.g. free weights, pushups, etc. After breakfast.
Food:
6:55 am 1 c Trader Joe's multigrain flaxseed cereal, 1/2 c light original soy milk, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 100 g raspberries, coffee
