I was plagued by a quite large, fast centipede in the basement this morning. I never did catch him. The worst was when he came out of hiding directly at me while I was on my back on the mat. I opted not to finish the mat exercises in ballet since I missed him again. Oh, my! What a lovely supper! We did an antipasto picnic-style at the table w/Prosecco, wonderful prosciutto, morel/leek cheese, wild ramp soft spreadable goat cheese, truffle spreadable French cheese, toasted ciabatta crackers, Way Better sprouted chips, and a wonderful salad of fresh lettuce, spinach, fresh tomato, strawberries, pea pods, & cilantro, mostly courtesy of the Green Bay Farmer's Market. Food: 7:35 am Lemon-filled croissant-type pastry, 1/4 extra large cantaloupe, 102 g blackberries, coffee 12:00 pm 2 large slices Fun Guy pizza (mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach) 7:00 pm 5 oz Prosecco, salad, 3 thin slices prosciutto, assorted cheeses & crackers, sprouted chips Exercise: 5:50-6:35 am Ballet DVD 6:35-7:20 am Jessica Smith Belly, Buns & Thighs YouTube
