It can be so hard to get through exercising when it is hot, stuffy, and sweaty in the basement. Dad is going to put up the wall-mounted fan for me again which helped last summer. Hope it helps because I really had to fight with myself to not quit my workout this morning when I was drooping.
Dad and I walked downtown to the "new" 1-yeaar-old wine bar on Main St because I had seen a sign that they are now doing brunch w/bloody Mary's, mimosas, crepes, and quiche. His food was pre-made but freshly heated and plated and the crepes were very nice. I had a kir royale and Dad had a regular mimosa. You can get all-you-can-drink for $20 each, but we were satisfied with one each. It was a nice relaxing Sunday that may happen more often. Also nice to be able to walk there and back.
Food:
8:30 am Chocolate chip danish, 1/4 large cantaloupe, 102 g raspberries, coffee
12:45 pm 2 crepes, eggs, bacon in one, cranberry/brie in the other, kir royale
5:55 pm Ham/gruyere croissant from Batch, salad w/fresh greens, 5 pea pods, 1/2 large tomato, 1/2 c sliced mushrooms

6:50-7:40 am Ballet DVD
7:40-8:10 am Cardio Dance DVD
12:00-12:15 pm Walk to Indulgence
1:15-1:30 pm Walk home
4:45-5:00 pm Bike to Kmart with Dad
5:30-5:45 pm Bike home
